My friend just tipped me off to the fact that you are originally from St. Charles, MO. I always knew there was something special about you... now I know where it springs from.

I too was born & raised in St. Charles. Thanks to your stellar presence on PR (that's what my fashion friends & I call "Project Runway." - the hit show that features you!), people around the world can witness the true fashion phenomenons that St. Charles fosters.

Were you inspired by the delicate cobblestone streets of Ye Olde St. Charles? Did the cutting edge designs found at Dress Barn next to Dierberg's make fireworks of creative genius explode in your brain?

As a designer myself, I like to reflect St. Charles in all of my creations. In fact, everything I make contains a "shout out" to my hometown. From my silk-screened photo of the I-70 & Cave Springs overpass hot-glued on a jean handbag to the carefully hand-beaded depiction of that time when my friends and I found a used condom in the Null Elementary parking lot behind McNair Park, St. Charles is alive in my masterpieces.

Thank you Santino, for proving to the world that St. Charles MO is a place where dreams come alive!

ps: Your parents must have gone out on a limb when they named you! Everyone else I knew growing up in St. Charles was named "Jeff."

Hi Santino I love your designs. I too hail from MO. I am a costume designer. I got so pissed when I saw the deer show and the Heidi collection. I think Emmet was trying to sink you on purpose because he knew team leaders should be responsible thus being the one that falls. He has a great background and should have been able to follow through for you. You should not have been ostricized for admitting that a teammate sucks. I think he was trying to get you kicked off because you huge competition. Just had to bitch!
